Yoga in the Park began in May 2022 at Oaklands Park, Chelmsford, in a beautiful spot behind the museum throughout the Spring and Summer months. Hatha yoga practised outside is the perfect start to the weekend: moving in nature, feeling the sun on your face, the grass between your toes and the wind in your hair. You really do feel a positive glow for the rest of your day. I limit the number to 12 people so that it still feels intimate and I don't have to wear a microphone, which I think would take away from the atmosphere of being outdoors! We were so lucky with the weather last year but if it was bad enough to cancel, you would receive a full refund. 
In June 2022, 8 beautiful souls joined me for Outdoor Yoga & Brunch at the Hive cafe and it was a glorious sunny morning. It really was a highlight of 2022, sharing yoga outside and a chat over brunch with likeminded people.
